About the event
Start 2026 with 108 Sun Salutations. This practice mimics the practice of using a mala which is comprised of 108 beads. This moving meditation allows you to refresh and set new goals as we move into the new year. No experience necessary. You can take a child's pose anytime you need to during the practice. Journaling will be offered to let the soul lead you as you set intentions for the new year. Biscuits and Gravy will be served after claw.
