Our goal at Kindred Spirits Yoga + Wellness is to serve our community by providing inclusive yoga and wellness options that are accessible to individuals in every stage of life.
Our knowledgeable, well-rounded staff offers a wide variety of yoga practices linking mindful breath to meaningful movement as well as various other modalities of promoting wellness.
In addition to our regular yoga schedule, we offer private and small group instruction that can accommodate everything from introductory sessions to dedicated, weekly practices.
