Fall Equinox Reiki Restorative Yoga with Donnie & Whitney

Join us in honoring the turning of the seasons with a deeply grounding and nourishing practice. The Fall Equinox marks the balance of light and dark, a sacred pause to reflect on what we’ve harvested and gently release what no longer serves.

In this special class, we’ll settle into restorative yoga postures supported by props, while receiving hands-on Reiki energy for healing and balance. Through breath, stillness, and guided intention, you’ll be invited to align with the natural rhythms of the Earth — finding equilibrium within as we enter the darker, slower half of the year.
